The Problem:
The 29-story Parker high-rise overlooking the Kennedy Expy in Fulton Market is a sight to behold. Completed in 2016, Atlantic Residential used another company for its AV installations, and the previous company made no plans and left equipment behind that was not installed.

Atlantic Residential determined that their entire AV system was not operating and called Encompass Connect to investigate. Encompass found an inefficient system, incorrectly installed equipment, and an unfriendly control system for controlling the AV.

Our Solution:
While getting their current AV system working as intended was the main goal, Encompass convinced Atlantic Residential that large screens are becoming more popular. Both agreed that adding a four-panel video wall would make their high-end community space and pool that much more attractive.

Planning and preparedness are the most important priorities when updating AV systems in an occupied multi-tenant space. Not only did Encompass Connect need to plan a solution that was both effective and economical, but they had to implement the solution without disturbing the day-to-day lives of the tenants.

Encompass Connect set multiple meetings with the client to ensure that a sound plan was in place. Encompass successfully installed a four-panel video wall, installed the network video distribution system, replaced the established control system with a user-friendly control system, and replaced the TVs and sound systems in the community space and pool area.
