Logical Position, a digital marketing and SEO company, were looking for a cost-effective network update that would fit their modern open office space and growing needs.
Logical Position (LP) contacted Encompass Connect after another contractor struggled with the complexity of the project. LP’s large new office space needed conferencing, cabling, sound masking, and equipment repurposing from the old office – all to be done on time and on budget.
Asking the right questions to identify the solution
Encompass Connect came highly recommended and kicked off the project by working closely with the architects to understand how to leverage and match the existing infrastructure. The team also worked hand in hand with LP’s executives to gather end-user perspectives and support wellness in the workplace. “How many desks?” “How many lines for data and lines for phones?” “How are we managing floor locations?” were just some of the questions that allowed Encompass Connect to determine LP’s office needs, outfit meeting rooms and endpoints, and integrate workplace ecosystems.
